At Calexico Boutique, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship to Boutique

  Send your return via a traceable postal service or drop it off personally at our flagship boutique location for immediate verification.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the items to ensure they meet our quality standards, your refund or store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days.
